These terms apply when you purchase or use a service from this site.

Our service

The First Investor provides structured support to help you run real-world validation experiments. We do not guarantee demand, profitability, funding, legal compliance, or any particular business outcome.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, your business decisions, your communications with potential customers, and compliance with laws and third-party platform terms that apply to your experiment.

Payment and delivery

Fees are shown before payment and processed by Stripe. A Validation Sprint begins after payment, onboarding, and scheduling. When a landing page is part of the agreed experiment, it remains live for three months from launch and may be extended by agreement.

Experiment materials

You retain ownership of your business idea and materials you provide. We retain ownership of our pre-existing methods and reusable tools. The sprint deliverables are for your internal business use.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future services. A separate written agreement, if one is signed for your sprint, controls where it conflicts with these terms.
